What is actually included?
A complete website designed around your business: your services, your photos, your words, built to work properly on a phone and set up to be found. The $600 build covers a landing page or up to five pages. The $1,000 build adds a store, checkout, booking and enquiry flows, and custom sections. We agree what the site needs to cover before any money changes hands, so there are no surprises either way.
What do you need from me?
What you do, where you do it, and any photos you already have. If you do not have photos or written content, say so early and we will work out the shortest path to getting them.
How long does it take?
Most of the calendar time depends on how quickly content and photos come back to us. We give you a realistic date at the start, before you commit, rather than a number that sounds good on a website.
When do I pay?
In two halves. You pay 50% once you have approved the design and we start building. When the site is finished you review it, pay the remaining 50%, and we launch. Nothing is due before you have seen a design you are happy with.
Do I need hosting?
Yes, and it is not included in the price. Hosting is a small ongoing cost paid to the hosting company, not to us, and the account stays in your name. Setting it all up is our job and it is free: domain, hosting, certificates, the technical settings. We hand over a site that is already live and working.
What happens after it launches?
The site is yours. If you want us to keep updating it we can, and if you do not, nothing breaks. You are not locked into a monthly fee to keep your own website online.
